Traumatic injuries We hear about them daily — On the news. On the web. At school. At work. Motor vehicle crashes are the number one cause of traumatic injury among young people, followed by falls, violence and sports. Among the most severe are disabling injuries to the brain and spinal cord. These permanent and life-changing injuries are painful, heartbreaking and costly beyond measure.
What seems to be the problem? Everywhere you go, drivers are talking on cell phones, sending text messages, and changing up tunes— plugged into everything BUT driving! And what about alcohol, speeding and aggressive driving? HAVE YOU HAD ENOUGH?
We can’t afford to ignore
